We are moved to action when witnessing the heroic actions of others. The most dramatic change takes place when we begin to view ourselves differently. I feel stronger, more empowered and visible in a way that I have not felt before thanks to the courageous words of 160 Olympic Women. As we witness others finding their voice, we can find our own.
